We offer our services on the basis of an individual commission or a contract for permanent service. Single payment for handling a specific case depends primarily on its nature and on the value of the object of the litigation. Financial settlement may be made on the basis of an hourly rate or a fixed lump sum. Depending on the needs, KLD Law Firm provides external or internal legal services for business entities. We endeavour to familiarise with the characteristics of the work of a given entrepreneur and to suggest the most optimal solutions.

We represent our clients in court proceedings and we participate in tenders and negotiations. We have experience in mediation and arbitration proceedings. We provide our services in the entire Poland and we focus mainly on the following voivodeships: Silesian, of Opole and Lesser Poland.
