We are interested in substantive civil law and civil procedural law. We appear before all instances of common courts and the Supreme Court. We have experience both in cases with a small value of the object of the litigation as well as in proceedings for multi-million dollars' payment. We take part in negotiating and concluding contracts. We represent our customers in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

• preparation of the risk analysis of conducting court cases
• representing clients in arbitration proceedings, in particular before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw
