He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (in 1985). In 1987-1991 he was a trainee, an assessor and a prosecutor of the Garrison Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice, and then, until 1995, he was a prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice. He was entered into the register of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice in 1996. (KT 1917).

He has many years of experience in providing services to commercial companies and municipal companies. He represents and advises housing communities in Silesia. He handles court disputes in the area of real estate law and inheritance law. He is particularly interested in substantive civil law, civil procedural law and law on ownership of premises. He has many times acted as a defence attorney in criminal cases and as a attorney for auxiliary prosecutors.
