Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, Kraków (2002). In 2003-2006 he participated in the judge training held by the President of the Court of Appeal in Kraków. In 2007 he was entered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Kraków, in 2009 – in the list of barristers of the Regional Bar Council in Kraków (No. KRA/Adw/2300).

Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of a Warsaw-based company Kofama Koźle S.A., and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a Warsaw-based company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Remak-Energomontaż S.A.

Expert in the field of the corporate law, the law of obligation, as well as court and arbitration disputes. He represents clients before common courts of law, arbitration courts, and the National Appeal Chamber. Experienced counsel for entrepreneurs in the field of building the structure of their operations on the market, conditions for such operations, as well as conducting negotiations, mediations, and disputes.
