He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice (in 1987). In 1987-1995 he was a trainee, an assessor and a prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice. He was entered into the register of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice in 1995. (KT 1877).

He specialises in commercial and economic law, with particular emphasis on transport law and labour law. He has extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities, including municipal companies, as well as issuing opinions and drafting commercial agreements. He participates in many lawsuits regarding transmission easement. He is particularly interested in substantive civil law, as well as individual and collective labour law. He handles many consumer law cases.
